Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the information you type into our estimate form so we can call you back about painting your house. We do not sell it, we do not share it with marketing companies, and we do not send you anything you did not ask for. That is genuinely the whole policy. The rest of this page is the same thing said carefully.

What we collect

• What you send us. Your name, mobile number, and, if you choose to give them, your email address, ZIP code, the kinds of work you tap, and whatever you write in the message field. If you attach photos, we keep them with your request, privately, and use them only to understand the job. If you use the rough price range tool, we keep the answers you gave it so we know what you were looking at.
• Basic technical information. Standard web server information such as your browser type and the pages you visited. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
• Spam-prevention signals. Our estimate form records how long the page was open before submission and includes a hidden field that only automated scripts fill in. It may also use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a script, is sending the form. These are used solely to reject spam and none of them is kept with your inquiry.

What we do not collect

• Payment card numbers. We do not take payment through this website.
• Social security numbers or government identification.
• Precise location data from your device.
• Cross-site advertising profiles. We do not run advertising pixels or retargeting trackers on this site.

How we use it

To respond to your estimate request, schedule a walkthrough, prepare a written estimate, and communicate with you about your project. If you become a client, to perform the work and support the warranty afterward. That is all.

Who we share it with

Nobody, with narrow exceptions: the services that deliver your inquiry to us and run our own customer records, the hosting provider that runs this website, Cloudflare for the spam check, and any situation where we are legally required to disclose information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not provide it to lead brokers or marketing companies.

Text messages

We do not send automated or marketing text messages. You are welcome to text our number with a photo of the job; when you do, we use your number only to reply to you. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become projects are kept for about two years, because homeowners frequently come back after budgeting for a season or two. Client records are kept for the life of the warranty plus the period required for tax and business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

Email us at estimates@olmospaint.com or call (608) 620-3857 to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will do it, and we will not ask you to explain why.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated before they go live rather than after.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
